We offer a made-to-measure experience, enabling minor customizations at no extra charge. However, some complex modifications may not be feasible or may cost additional fees. Feel free to contact us before  placing your order.

Step by step process to custom design your wedding dress:

1. Consultation: Share your dream dress details and reference photos with us via email or book a virtual consultation! Our stylist will discuss design possibilities and share fabric options as we shape your vision.

2. Quotation and Deposit: Once the design is set, receive the estimated cost of your dress. Confirm your order with a 50% deposit.

3. Design Finalization: We'll craft a vision board or sketch based on our conversations. You'll have the opportunity to review and refine the design before we begin the making process.

4. Progress Updates: Throughout the creation process, we'll keep you updated. For intricate designs like embroidery or beading, progress photos will be shared. For minimalist styles, photos will be provided upon completion for your review.

5. Final Touches and Delivery: Once your bespoke dress is ready with no concerns, settle the remaining 50% payment to have it shipped to your doorstep.  

Certain made-to-order gowns can be finished within 4 weeks with a rush fee of $100. For less intricate designs, this rush service might be complimentary. Please contact us before placing a rush order.
We also have sample dresses available in our studio for immediate shipping. These samples are offered at good prices but are typically available in sizes 2 to 6 US.

We offer in-house alterations for all Selfa gowns. Our custom-designed service includes in-house fittings and alterations.

Of course! We offer virtual consultations with our experienced bridal stylists. These sessions are complimentary and generally last for about an hour. To schedule, please reach out via email, and we'll arrange a suitable time for you.

We offer international shipping for Selfa dresses:
• Free standard shipping arrives within 15-21 days and includes a tracking number.
• You can opt for DHL express service, which takes only 3-5 business days to arrive, for an additional cost of $70 USD.
• Domestic parcels shipped within Vietnam typically arrive within 2-5 days.

Customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes applicable in their country (mostly within the EU).
We advise brides ordering from outside Vietnam to consult their import/customs department for an estimated cost so you can anticipate any potential charges.

• Store your dress in its garment bag (provided) and hang it on a wooden hanger (also included) to its full length within the bag. Avoid folding it halfway to minimize wrinkles.
• Steam your dress a day before the wedding, maintaining a safe distance between the steamer and the fabric. Do not use a flat iron to remove wrinkles.
• Post-wedding, most dresses need dry cleaning, while some can be hand-washed using water and soap without rubbing or squeezing. Avoid getting fringe, tassels, rhinestones, metal accessories, or similar add-ons wet. Once cleaned, hang the dress and store it back in the garment bag.
